Chris was elected as one of the Councillors for Astwood Bank and Feckenham in May 2024.

He will be standing for re-election as the Councillor for Astwood Bank and Feckenham in the local elections taking place on Thursday, May 7th 2026.

Having served this community for several years, Chris knows exactly what makes our villages and neighbourhoods special, and he knows exactly what’s at stake in this election. His focus has always been, and will always be, putting our residents first.

As we look toward the future, these are Chris' three key priorities for our ward:

  • Protecting Our Green Belt: Chris is committed to defending our precious landscape from aggressive, sprawling developments and unnecessary BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) facilities that threaten our rural character.
  • Infrastructure That Works: Our roads must be fit for purpose. Chris will continue to hold the County Council to account to ensure sensible traffic management systems are in place and our highways are properly maintained.
  • Getting Our Fair Share: In the run-up to Unitary, Chris will fight to ensure that Astwood Bank, Feckenham, Hunt End, and Crabbs Cross are not neglected. Chris will be be your voice to ensure the ward gets its fair share and aren't side lined by the Labour-run council.
