Conservative Councillors attended this year's Feckenham Wake.
The Leader of Redditch Borough Council, Cllr Matt Dormer, said:
"What a fantastic afternoon at the Feckenham Wake.
"It was a pleasure to attend alongside fellow councillors Craig Warhurst- Councillor and Cllr Brandon Clayton and to see one of our borough’s longest-running community events bringing together so many people for a day of entertainment, heritage and community spirit.
"From magnificent steam engines and beautifully restored classic cars to brass band performances, Punch & Judy, Swansbrook Radio, local charities, community groups and West Mercia Police, there really was something for everyone to enjoy.
"A huge thank you to the organisers, volunteers, exhibitors and everyone who helped make the day such a success. Events like this don’t happen by accident – they rely on months of planning and the dedication of people who care deeply about their community.
"Feckenham Wake is a wonderful tradition and a real credit to everyone involved. I look forward to visiting again next year."
