As reported in the Redditch Standard.

REDDITCH-based Fly By Nite Conferences is to receive £586,000 from the Government’s £1.57billion Cultural Recovery Fund.

The Lakeside-based firm provides transportation to the live event industry, carrying equipment such as stage sets, lighting, and power generators throughout the UK, Europe and beyond with a fleet of specialised vehicles and drivers.

They also have an eight-acre site including temperature-controlled warehouse facilities for storage of set and theatre props, and a purpose-built arena sized state of the art rehearsal studio.

There they have have worked with acts such as Madonna, Stormzy, Kaiser Chiefs and Sigur Ros.

The Government funding is to allow them to safely prepare their fleet – many of which have been off the road for events and festivals happening in the summer.
